The mp3 sample is a badly scratched LP that fades in and out through the below options.
Option One is a straight transfer of the LP.
Option Two is a simple dNoise of the LP. You'll still hear some of the worst scratches.
Option Three is to edit as many scratches possible knowing that not all scratches can be deleted.
